In February 2014, Brian entered into a 99-year ground lease agreement with the owners of the property. BSD entitled the site for a 7-story, 60-unit apartment building with approximately 4,000 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial space. BSD obtained financing from First Republic Bank. Construction commenced in March of 2017 and is projected to be completed in late 4th quarter of 2018. BSD is both developer and general contractor for this project, which will be a held as a long-term asset. BSD, once again teamed up with Arquitectonica as architects for this flat iron corner location.
